Data Protection Statement
We would like to use your details from the application form, plus details on how you use your reward card and what you buy in The Custom House, to:

• Help manage Custom House Rewards and improve the way we run it.
• Understand our guests spending habits to improve our service.
• Unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with offers and information about products and services of interest to you and your family.

We will not share your details with any other company

The Scheme
1. Custom House Rewards cards are issued by and remain the property of The Custom House (Barrow) Ltd which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the scheme; (b) decline to issue Rewards cards; and (c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Rewards cards or points collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Custom House Rewards scheme. Reasonable grounds include (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) any use or attempted use of a Reward card or points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme.
2. All participants in Custom House Rewards must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.
3. Custom House Rewards are not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose name is on the card or by any member of the main card holder's immediate family who is resident at the same address, as registered for the main card holder.
4. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of The Custom House.
5. Custom House Rewards are intended for personal use. Custom House Rewards points cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.
   Points
6. To collect points for a transaction, your card must be presented at the till or your membership number quoted.
7. Points collected at PlayZone or LazerZone will be credited to the same account.
8. Where there is more than one cardholder in a group the total points for the transaction may be shared but only in equal proportion.
9. Points will not be given for purchases of drinks purchased directly over the bar, or purchases of Gift Cards, or for use of the NetZone, or for use of The Blue Room, or for purchases at PlayZone or LazerZone until such time as they have formally joined into the scheme. Other products or services may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of The Custom House.
   Redeeming Points
10. A statement of reward points held will be issued by email each month showing the balance of points held
11. Points can be redeemed at any time and in any amount subject to the limits set in clause 13
12. Points may take up to 72hours to be credited to an account and only points up to the current credited balance may be used.
13. Points may be redeemed against any transaction other than those that do not qualify for points awards (see 9 above). A minimum of 100 points (typically £1) and a maximum of 10,000 points (£100) may be redeemed in any single transaction.
14. Any reward account that has been inactive over a 12 month period will be cancelled and the points balance cleared.
