a pate of fresh chicken livers sauteed with smoky bacon, onions and parsley flamed in brandy served with toasted brioche and crisp endive salad finished with homemade cumberland sauce

succulent festive roast turkey with all the traditional trimmings and a rich turkey jus

Duo of Roast Pork Medallions
with traditional apple and sage stuffing served with a port wine jus and crispy pork crackling

Broccoli & Sweet Potato Filo tart V n
chunks of sweet potato, broccoli, red onion, brie cheese and walnuts tossed together with rocket salad and served in a golden filo basket, dressed with a balsamic syrup
